Shipping & Return Policy

 We do not accept exchanges, process refunds or cancellations after order is placed. If the item you purchased is defective we may within our discretion assist with replacing a new Product.

If you receive a defective item, please contact us at crazzecraftcreations@yahoo.com with details of the product and the defect.

Under normal circumstances orders received for replacement by 3 PM EST will be shipped out within 3 to 5 business days. Orders received after the 3 PM it is not guaranteed to go out within the 3 to 5 business day timeframe. You can find the shipping costs of the items in your cart by entering your postal code into the box in the bottom right of the shopping cart.
